Anđelini wines is a family winery with more than a century of heritage, located on Velanov Brijeg hill overlooking Pazin. On this terroir, ideal for vines, indigenous Istrian varieties are cultivated and crafted into wines of strong character, elegance and a clear sense of origin. The fusion of legacy, know-how and meticulous manual work is evident in every bottle, as well as in the beekeeping products the family produces with the same care and respect for nature

Andelini Centrum 2021

On the top of the hill, right next to the vineyard, there still stands a stone with the sides of the world carved into it. This stone represented the center of the Istrian peninsula in past times. Centrum is a cuvée of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon, in a fresher, fruity version, produced in a stainless steel tank and partly in barrique barrels. It pairs excellently with grilled tuna, squid, and pork tenderloin, and with roasted chestnuts, it places you in the very center of Istria, offering one of the most beautiful views of this region.
